System Requirements

For correct functioning of PenReader, you need your Pocket PC to be based on Windows Mobile^TM Classic/Professional 5.0 or later (up to 6.5).

The active languages can be easily switched when writing.
	For the best result, PenReader provides four modes of recognition, thus considering your handwriting characteristics: Cursive recognition mode allows you to write characters, words and even sentences in a conventional for you way. The recognition process will launch as soon as you lose touch with the screen. Letter-by-letter mode implies that only one character can be recognized in a single recognition delay interval. Smart input modifies the result as you are writing. Thus the recognition process will launch once you lose touch with the screen without considering the delay interval. Separate mode is used when each stroke that you write is a separate character. Therefore, you can draw several strokes that will be recognized as separate letters at the expiration of the delay time in this mode.
	Top-quality handwriting recognition engine constantly recognizes letters, numbers, Arabic numbers, standard, arithmetic and punctuation symbols - plus several gestures that fully duplicate main keyboard functions (shift, backspace etc).
	Pre-defined dictionary could be used during recognition. PenReader compares a combination of symbols that you enter with words in the built-in dictionaries and then show all possible spelling variants. This function enables automatic finishing the process of recognition. User also can create and update his own dictionary.
	Customizable pen width and ink color are developed to set customer interface in accordance with your taste.
	Quick start recognition mode for entering words that are not in the dictionary as passwords, logins, etc.
	Multilingual interface is presented on English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish languages.
	Use built-in Copy-book to set your own manner of writing and thus minimize the number of recognition mistakes.

Registering

The main window of PenReader contains this tab, only if you have not registered your copy of the program yet. This tab can also contain messages that the demo-period has expired (if you used PenReader in demo-mode) or that the program has been successfully registered (right after the registration procedure).

To register PenReader, press “Register” button and enter the registration code that was sent to you after purchasing. To return to the program interface without entering the code, press “Ok”.

Press “Buy” to buy the program using your device (Internet connection is required).
