Greek Language Extender (LEng) provides Greek language support for Windows Mobile devices (Greek localization). Greek LEng creates an environment to operate with Windows Mobile device in Greek. With Greek Language Extender you can enter information into any Windows Mobile application in Greek language!

Greek LEng is highly integrated with Windows Mobile device what makes language support precise, effective and useful.

Greek Language Extender (LEng) is available in two versions: "Full" and "Lite".

Greek Language Support "Full" version provides translation of Windows Mobile interface to Greek language: all icons, menus, dialogs of Windows Mobile interface and built-in applications will be translated.*

Greek Language Support "Lite" version includes on-screen keyboard layout for Greek text input, Greek regional settings, word autocomplete function, etc. Lite version of Greek Language support does not translate Windows Mobile interface (menus and dialogs remain in English).

Greek Language Support for Windows Mobile Pocket PC

Greek Language Support features:

• Translation of Windows Mobile interface to Greek: all icons, menus, dialogs of Windows Mobile interface and built-in applications will be translated.*
  (available in the “Full” version only)
• On-screen keyboard layouts for Greek text input. English keyboard layout is also provided. Now you can write in your native language!
• Finger input allows you to type words by using just a hand thanks to large finger friendly keys on the provided on-screen keyboard. A selected key is zoomed while writing – release your finger to type it.
  (available in the “Full” version only)
• Word Completion allows faster typing of frequently used words in Greek. Word autocomplete function simplifies text input by suggesting words as you type. All new words, once entered, will be added to the word base.
• Greek regional settings with Greek format of date and time.
• Modified Character Recognizer (Letter Recognizer) allows to write Greek symbols (by default you can write only English symbols on Pocket PC), availability to adjust it in your own way;
• Correct synchronization operations of Windows Mobile applications and desktop applications (for example, MS Office applications).
• Correct Greek text search and sorting operations.

Supported devices

Greek Language Support (Full version) is compatible with Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition, Windows Mobile Pocket PC 5.0, Windows Mobile 6.0 Classic and Professional devices.

Greek Language Support (Lite version) is compatible with Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003, Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition, Windows Mobile Pocket PC 5.0, Windows Mobile 6.0/6.1 Classic and Professional devices.

Registering

You can use Greek Language support software during 14 days trial period. Then you will need to register the application.

As Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Paragon Software (SHDD) provides hi-quality software compatible with Windows Mobile.

*Note! Language Extender should be specially designed for particular device. We recommend you to install trial version before purchase. Only Microsoft built-in applications will be translated in such version of Language Extender (Messaging, Calendar, Tasks, Phone, Word, Excel, Pocket MSN, Internet Explorer, Power Point, etc.). Language Extender doesn’t translate device specific applications such as Camera, GPS, etc.
