E-CARE SYSTEM

We strongly recommend our customers to use our E-Care System for all registered copies of software products developed by Paragon Software (SHDD).

Note! Customers who bought our programs via Internet (Softkey, Handango, Digital River, AllSoft, MobiHand) do not have to register their software. To log in E-Care System, please, use the e-mail address you used while purchasing as your login.

With the help of E-Care System you can:

• register your software
• any time download the current version of your registered programs
• get free latest versions when they are available
• contact to the support team
• find out some information about other programs for your device (demo versions of the programs and terms of payment and delivery of the software)
• get the news about releases of new versions.

The registration in the E-Care System consists of two parts:

• customer registration
• program registration

Customer registration in the E-Care System.
For the registration in the E-Care System, please, fill in the form and click “Enter”.
After that you will see the page with you login and password to enter your personal account in the E-Care System. (This information will be sent you by e-mail, as well)
If you are already registered in our E-Care System, but forgot your password, you can use the option “Forgot Password” which is located under the “Password” field.

Program registration in the E-Care System.
To register you program(s) you have to log in the E-Care System using your login and password.
After you log in the E-Care System you have to choose "Register Product" and enter the serial number of every program you have. You can find the serial number either on the registration card (leaflet for the disc or for your mobile device) or on the box from the disc you received with your device.

Note! There is a serial number (IMEI) on the back of your device, please, do not mix it with the serial number for the software product, otherwise you will not be able to register your program.
Please, note also, that you have to use capital Latin letters and figures while entering the serial number.

After you type the serial number click “Enter”^*.

If the number is accepted by the system you will be able to continue the registration and answer some questions about your device.

When the registration is complete, you will be able to download the latest versions of the program (choosing "View your products") and to get the information about releases of the latest versions.

^*After the entering of the serial number you may get a massage “We are very sorry, but the serial number you entered wasn't found in our database. Please try again.” In this case you have to contact the support team and send the serial number you try to enter and the copy of your registration card (or the photos of your serial number in the box from the disc).
