Новая версия системы распознавания рукописного ввода для Windows Mobile Pocket PC

Компания Paragon Software (SHDD) выпустила новую версию системы распознавания рукописного ввода PenReader для Pocket PC/Windows Mobile - PenReader 2005 Professional Edition.

В данной версии наряду с улучшенной системой графического распознавания рукописного ввода добавлен еще и орфографический модуль, содержащий встроенные словари русского, английского, немецкого и чешского языков.

Модуль орфографии позволяет существенно улучшить распознавание рукописного текста.

В рамках данного выпуска представлены две языковые редакции PenReader: многоязычная, поддерживающая русский, английский, белорусский, украинский, немецкий и чешский языки, и русская, где представлены русский и английский языки. Напоминаем, что классическая 28-языковая версия PenReader по-прежнему доступна и представлена на сайте компании.

В будущем компания Paragon Software (SHDD) и дальше планирует пополнять систему распознавания рукописного ввода PenReader новыми языками, а также выпускать версии программы для новых операционных систем.

Handango, the leading provider of mobile downloads, announced the winners of the Handango Champion Awards 2005.

At this annual ceremony held while Handango Partner Summit, Handango recognizes the best applications that provide customers with innovative solutions and honors the development companies that made a significant contribution to the mobile software ecosystem throughout the previous year.

The winners in each category are chosen by a panel of industry experts and media across all mobile platforms and software categories.

Solutions by Epocware / Paragon Software Group that promote Symbian OS software experience and development from year to year get the highest marks and awards both from customers, software providers and manufactures.

This year Handango Champion Awards are especially remarkable for the company. Epocware is mentioned twice among the Champion Award Winners 2005:

• Epocware is proclaimed as the Developer of the Year for UIQ for its outstanding software development, committed customer care and forward-thinking innovation.
• Handy Day 2005 by Epocware is recognized the Best Application for Work.

This is not the first time when Epocware and its products are distinguished by Handango. Epocware was awarded for the Outstanding Achievements in Symbian OS software development in 2002. Handy Day, a powerful productivity and ultimate shell application by Epocware, was announced the Best Productivity Application for Symbian OS by Handango customers and won People's Choice awards for the spring and autumn 2004. Handy Day proved its popularity by being always in top five applications for UIQ at Handango since the first version release in February 2003.
