Windows Mobile Pocket PC Latvian Language Extender (LEng) is designed for Latvian Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, Windows Mobile 5.0 and Windows Mobile 6 support (Windows Mobile Pocket PC Latvian localization). Language Extender package includes drivers of Latvian Pocket PC on-screen keyboard and Latvian regional settings.

Windows Mobile Pocket PC Latvian Language Extender (LEng) is available in two versions: "Full" and "Lite".

• "Full" version of localization provides translation of Windows Mobile interface to Latvian (icons, menus and dialogs of Windows Mobile Pocket PC interface and built-in Pocket PC applications will be translated) ^*.
• "Lite" version includes on-screen keyboard layout for Latvian letters input, Latvian regional settings, word autocomplete function, etc. Lite version of Latvian language support does not translate Windows Mobile Pocket PC interface (menus and dialogs remain in English).

With Pocket PC Latvian support you can input information in Latvian language in any application on your Windows Mobile Pocket PC, edit it, save, transfer to other Pocket PC’s or desktop computers and print documents including texts in Latvian language.

Windows Mobile Pocket PC Latvian support features:

• Full Windows Mobile Pocket PC interface Latvian translation. All icons, menus, dialogs of Windows Mobile Pocket PC interface and built-in Windows Mobile Pocket PC applications will be translated ^*;
• On-screen keyboard layout for Latvian letters input. You can use different Latvian layouts;
• New! Word autocomplete function completes words you are typing on the on-screen keyboard or Windows Mobile Pocket PC external keyboard Availability to adjust appearance of the on-screen keyboard layouts (3D-look, color keys, font of keys);
• Special module for external Windows Mobile Pocket PC keyboard that allows using portable keyboards to type in Latvian with different Latvian layouts;
• Latvian format of date and time (Windows Mobile Pocket PC Latvian regional settings);
• Correct synchronization operations of Windows Mobile Pocket PC applications and desktop applications (for example, MS Office applications);
• Modified Character Recognizer (Letter Recognizer) to write Latvian symbols (by default you can write only English symbols on Pocket PC), availability to adjust it in your own way;
• Correct print operation for documents in Latvian.

^* Language Extender should be specially designed for particular device. We recommend you to try trial version before purchase. Only Microsoft built-in applications will be translated in such version of Language Extender (Messaging, Calendar, Tasks, Phone, Word, Excel, Pocket MSN, Internet Explorer, Power Point, etc.). Language Extender doesn’t translate device specific applications such as Camera, GPS, etc.
