Hebrew Language Extender (LEng) provides Hebrew language support for Windows Mobile devices (Hebrew localization). Hebrew LEng creates an environment to operate with Windows Mobile device in Hebrew. With Hebrew Language Extender you can enter information into any Windows Mobile application in Hebrew language!

Hebrew LEng is highly integrated with Windows Mobile device what makes language support precise, effective and useful.

Hebrew Language Extender (LEng) is available in two versions: "Full" and "Lite".

Hebrew Language Support "Full" version provides translation of Windows Mobile interface to Hebrew language: all icons, menus, dialogs of Windows Mobile interface and built-in applications will be translated.*

Hebrew Language Support "Lite" version includes on-screen keyboard layout for Hebrew text input, Hebrew regional settings, word autocomplete function, etc. Lite version of Hebrew Language support does not translate Windows Mobile interface (menus and dialogs remain in English).

Hebrew Language Support features:

• Translation of Windows Mobile interface to Hebrew: all icons, menus, dialogs of Windows Mobile interface and built-in applications will be translated.*
  (available in the “Full” version only)
• On-screen keyboard layouts for Hebrew text input. English keyboard layout is also provided. Now you can write in your native language!
• Word Completion allows faster typing of frequently used words in Hebrew. Word autocomplete function simplifies text input by suggesting words as you type. All new words, once entered, will be added to the word base.
• Availability to adjust appearance of the on-screen keyboard layout (3D-look, color keys, font of keys).
• Correct text management for Hebrew language: right text alignment, proper character order and appropriate text selection for Hebrew documents and Windows Mobile applications.
• Hebrew regional settings with Hebrew format of date and time.
• Modified Character Recognizer (Letter Recognizer) allows to write Hebrew symbols (by default you can write only English symbols on Pocket PC), availability to adjust it in your own way;
• Correct synchronization operations of Windows Mobile applications and desktop applications (for example, MS Office applications).
• Correct Hebrew text search and sorting operations.

Supported devices

Hebrew Language Support (Full version) is compatible with Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition.

Hebrew Language Support (Lite version) is compatible with Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003, Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition, Windows Mobile Pocket PC 5.0, Windows Mobile 6.0 Classic and Professional devices.

Registering

You can use Hebrew Language support software during 14 days trial period. Then you will need to register the application.

*Note! Language Extender should be specially designed for particular device. We recommend you to install trial version before purchase. Only Microsoft built-in applications will be translated in such version of Language Extender (Messaging, Calendar, Tasks, Phone, Word, Excel, Pocket MSN, Internet Explorer, Power Point, etc.). Language Extender doesn’t translate device specific applications such as Camera, GPS, etc.
