Use Arabic language on your Palm Centro with Arabic PiLoc Deluxe!
Arabic PiLoc Deluxe has been specially designed for Palm Centro smartphone. Now it maximally complies with Palm OS ideology of one-hand device control.
Arabic PiLoc Deluxe features:
- Alt-keys using in applications
In some applications (like Address Book) there is no active editable field and it is impossible neither to call up the onscreen keyboard nor to enter any alt-key characters.
Now you can open the alt-character list by pressing the "key" + "alt" combination.
- Current language one-hand switching
Now you are enabled to change current language by holding one key on your Palm Centro. Just press "Option" or " Shift" key to see which layout is set and hold it until the smartphone beeps to change the layout.

Now you don''t need to install PiLoc Monitor application separately - Arabic PiLoc Deluxe can remember language and codepage for each application you use. It means, that:
- You may always look up a contact in Arabic from any application. The contact will always be readable.
- Arabic SMS will always arrive in readable encoding.
- You will always be able to see an SMS body and the sender in an SMS-alert.
Arabic PiLoc basic features:
- System fonts replacement to add Arabic characters.
- On-screen keyboard layout for Arabic letters input.
- Right-to-left text input.
- Basic ligatures support (LamAlef and others).
- Correct work of search and sorting operations in Arabic text (with right-alignment).
- Correct work with text that includes both Arabic and English (select operation, cursor positioning, correct work of cut-paste-copy functions).
- Correct work with connected Arabic text (cursor positioning on a ligature, partial ligature selection, cut-paste-copy of ligature parts).
- Possibility to install several additional Palm OS language support systems (for example, Arabic and Russian).
- Arabic language support launches automatically after system reset. Program is protected from cycling reset.
- Correct functioning when installed into a Flash-ROM.
- Open API that allows changing PiLoc parameters from third party developers applications at run-time.
