Paragon’s Most Popular Mobile Applications at the Samsung A-Store

Paragon Software Group and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. announced that they have signed a partnership agreement to offer Paragon’s mobile applications through Samsung’s on-device Application Store www.samsungapps.com. Samsung mobile customers will be able to access the Application Store directly on their smartphones by simply selecting the Application Store icon. The Application Store will allow Samsung mobile users to easily discover and download a wide range of applications directly from their smartphones.

The first product lines from Paragon offered through the Samsung A-Store will include multilingual ‘talking’ dictionaries from the world’s top publishers (including the Concise Oxford English Dictionary , and bilingual SlovoEd English-French , English-Spanish , English-German and English-Italian series), PenReader Touch – Paragon’s multilingual handwriting recognition software and company’s best-selling Handy Weather utility.

The applications will initially be made available to Omnia and I8910 HD users, followed by Omnia II (Model Name: I8000) and OmniaLITE (Model Name: B7300) in UK, France and Italy.

All-in-One World Clock and Personal Time Management Application with Advanced Alarm Options

Paragon Software Group has released Handy Clock, an advanced time management program for Windows Mobile devices and Symbian S60 that includes multiple time viewing, and alarm features to better manage the user’s busy schedule. For Windows Mobile touch screen phones, Handy Clock offers extended options for the “Today” screen to track time in five world cities at once, as well as easy fingertip navigation. Seven main views let you do more with your time.

Handy Clock makes it easy to check time in 40,000 cities worldwide. The world clock view for five chosen cities at a glance is also available and accompanied by the world map displaying real-time Day/Night zone and selected cities.

Handy Clock provides various types of alarms for each day of the week. It can be set to ring once or according to schedule, and is easy to snooze and resume in pre-set time. The program supports a rich variety of alarm tones, sound options and ringtone types that help users not only wake up on time, but in a good mood.

In addition to various timers and stopwatches, Handy Clock offers an efficient tool for time management. It keeps track of time spent on projects, and can even be set to time the working day and calculate the salary rate per day/project.
