 SlovoEd dictionaries for Nokia S60 smartphones are released
Paragon Software (SHDD) released a new version of “SlovoEd” multilingual dictionaries
for Nokia S60 covering more than 150 language pairs and operating on the
newest Nokia 3230/6680 smartphones as well as on the previous models.
The new improved dictionary engine enables to install add-on word pronunciation
modules recorded with high quality from native speakers voice. For language learners
two special methods of foreign words learning are available: “Word of the Day” (each
day a word is chosen at random from the dictionary and shown on the start of the
program) and “Flash Cards Quiz” (enables to create and pass your own tests).
Besides, users can create proper word databases by consisted of the vocabulary they need.
Moreover, new “SlovoEd” dictionaries provide the following opportunities:
- user interface is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and
Dutch languages and it can be decorated in five different color styles;
- transcription support;
- contains search module which enables to find the word even if there are any
doubts about word spelling and other functions.
Also, thank to powerful compression technology new “SlovoEd” dictionaries have low
memory consumption and provide quick translation.
