Paragon Software Group and MTS Announce “MTS Catalogue”, the Brand-New Telecom Service for Mobile Users in Russia and CIS

Mobile World Congress, SPAIN – February 13, 2009 – Paragon Software Group, the leading smartphone and desktop PC software developer, and MTS (NYSE: MBT), the largest phone operator in Russia and CIS, announce the launch of MTS Catalogue, a new directory of the most popular online services and mobile applications for MTS users directly on their mobile device screen.

The MTS Catalogue is an advanced telecom service developed by Paragon Software Group exclusively for MTS subscribers. The service offers mobile users an easy-to-use, customizable, single-point directory of all mobile products and services. New content can be easily added, replaced or deleted altogether. For an operator, the new service enables wireless carriers to keep track of statistics and traffic.

Most importantly, all software and services that MTS users will be provided through the launch of the MTS Catalogue will be absolutely free of charge for the user. Any mobile application or service can be effortlessly accessed and downloaded directly onto the mobile device via wap.mts.ru. A significant portion of the software titles presented in the catalogue have been developed by Paragon Software Group, which are otherwise commercially available through Paragon’s online stores.

The MTS Catalogue contains the following applications and online services:

• Dictionaries – simultaneously translate into English, French, German, Italian, Portugese and Spanish through Paragon’s advanced Slovoed Express online translation service
• Five-day weather forecast for any location in the world
• Currency and measurement conversion
• Interactive maps of local traffic and road conditions
• One-click e-mail access
• The latest headlines through continuously updated RSS feeds via RSS news service
• Kaspersky antivirus software
